Item Lifecycle Tracking Challenges:

Staff have to enter Item details more than once during its lifetime. This is time-consuming, as well as being
The process of distribution is not optimized; as such, certain items are always short on stock, while others are

On the day of physical count, items are weighed and compared to the expected overall weight of gold in the particular
store. It is not possible to determine which items are short and which ones are excess.
Tracking Accounts Receivable is not easy
Most of the customer details are not captured properly. Hence, it is not easy to accurately determine how much each
customer owes the company.
In order to get an accurate figure for Accounts Receivable, accountants have to gather information from multiple
sources, compare and contrast the results and then arrive at the correct figure.
Human Resources is completely separate from the whole process. Most of the HR activities are done manually.
